Holiday Wish
1 in 6 children in the Region of Peel live in poverty. Abused, neglected and underpriveleged children and youth in our community are struggling to find happiness, to find hope. This time of year can be especially difficult as they may be without gifts, winter boots, or even food.
This year, I am doing what I can to help. I am donating 20% of all session fees and gift cards purchased from now until December 31st, 2011 to the Holiday Wishes Program. Holiday Wishes provides toys, gift cards and food vouchers to children, youth and families in Caledon, Brampton and Mississauga.
My wish, is that you might consider doing your part to help a child have a happier holiday this year.
