Birth Connections presents Bellies & Babies Day!
Five years ago, Melissa Cassells of Birth Connections created Bellies and Babies Day for family related businesses in Milton and surrounding areas. The show was dedicated to those smaller businesses that couldn’t afford larger shows, and who wanted to focus their marketing dollars on the Halton region, rather than the GTA. The show started as a small event held at the Milton Sports Centre, but has gradually grown into the fantastic event that it is today. Now being held at the Gambrel Barn at Country Heritage Park, this location in not only beautiful, but has plenty of room for guests and exhibitors alike.
This year’s show exhibitors include *Mums n’Chums, Chiropractors and massage therapists, Prenatal Classes, Doula services, and much more! From prenatal all the way to diapers and beyond, this show is great for new and expanding families that are looking for services available in the Halton and surrounding regions.
Door prizes include: Bambino Mio Reusable Cloth Diapers from Childish Notions, Free 8-week session of classes from My Smart Hands Milton and a fantastic show special from the Health Centre of Milton: Free 15 minute massage – who doesn’t want a free massage!!
Admission is only $5 per person, but if you pre-register, you only pay $2.50. All proceeds from the admission fee go to Halton Women’s Place.
The show is October 30th, 2011 from 10 am-3pm. The show includes activities for the kids too- bring them dressed in their Halloween costumes and they can go Trick or Treating at the booths! A kids colouring and craft area will also be available, allowing mom and dad time to look around!
