Halton Hills –
Let’s Hear it for Mommmmmmmmm! – Georgetown Superstore- upstairs in the cooking school room from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. For kids ages 3-5, $8 per class + taxes. Your little ones will have the opportunity to make a special mother’s day treat (with a parent’s help!) Make Mini cheddar & cornmeal muffins, Chocolate cheesecake muffins and refreshing fruit smoothies! Mother’s Day Tea at Deveraux House – (May 8 and 9) Deveraux House, 11494 Trafalgar Rd. Georgetown (just north of Maple Ave.). Enjoy tea and traditional treats with mom in the delightful surroundings of Georgetown’s Historical Deveraux House. There will be an art exhibit in the parlour, “Images of Mother”. Advance tickets $10. Call Deveraux House (905) 877-1861 or e mail ann@deverauxhouse.ca. Saturday sitting times are 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Orangeville –
Mother’s Day Tea With a Princess! – at The Land of the Glass Slipper , from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Annual ‘Mother’s Day Tea with a Princess’ includes high tea, nibbles, crafts and entertainment by Cinderella, Ariel, and Belle! Call 519 216 1058 for a reservation.

“Cook for Your Mom” by Little Chefs- at What’s Cookin’, 98 Main St., Erin.
Kids, come out and create something special for your mother. Classes are from 1:30pm – 3:00pm, advanced registration and payment of $ 30.00 per class to reserve your spot(s) is with Little Chefs- info@thelittlechefs.ca or 519-940-1131. Cookshop includes discussions on safe food handling, sanitation, and cleaning up. Fee includes food costs, food sampling and results to take home!
